Who pays for Care Services?

Insurance Coverage

We will verify upon receipt of any
assignment of benefits. We will bill your
insurance carrier directly.

Direct Payment

When billed directly to you, Primamed Health Services Inc. statement clearly identifies visits and hours spent by our palliative care professionals. You pay only the per visit or per hour rate, we pay all taxes and insurance for our employees.

Medicare

If you are eligible for Care Service coverage through Medicare, our office will bill them directly.

Who Will Need your Care Services?

Patients who need short term assistance after discharge from hospital.

Chronically ill, terminally ill, or permanently disabled who wish to remain at home.

Older adults, who due to illness or disability, need assistance in their home.

Skilled Nursing

The Registered Nurse provides skilled care and instructions to patients and families. They enable patient and family to function independently at home, increasing the comfort of the patient and improving overall health. Skilled nursing services can include but is not limited to:

Treatments and injections
Dressing change
Catheter care
Supervision of medications
Restorative care
Respiratory care
Family/patient health teaching and counseling
Diabetic teaching
Drawing blood and lab work
I.V.
Wound care
Pre-op and Post-op care
Ostomy care

Social Services

Deals with social and emotional factors related to illness.

Physical, Occupational &
Speech Therapists

Assist patient in improving his or her abilities to perform daily activities. Our specialists help family members to properly care for the patient by communicating available community resources.

Care Services Aide

Assist the patient with personal care, meal
preparation, ambulation and
exercises under professional supervision.
